About Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee is a Burlington-based real estate professional with experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. His background spans resale homes and condominiums, investment properties, leasing, and new-construction real estate.

Having worked with clients through different market conditions and transaction types, Andrew brings a practical understanding of pricing, property evaluation, marketing, negotiation, and the financial considerations behind a real estate decision. Much of Andrew’s business has been built through repeat clients, referrals, and long-term relationships.

He takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and believes strong representation starts with understanding the property, the market, and the client’s individual priorities before recommending a strategy.

Now based in Burlington, Andrew serves clients throughout Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga, Toronto, and the surrounding GTA. His experience in both Toronto and the west GTA gives him a useful perspective when assisting clients moving between different cities, neighbourhoods, and property types.

Outside of real estate, Andrew is an avid golfer who also enjoys fitness, reading, coffee, and spending time outdoors.
