About Despina Zanganas

Despina is on a mission to connect female buyers with the home of their dreams. Having run a successful digital marketing company for 15 years, Despina is excited to bring everything she’s learned as a female entrepreneur to the table. She uses her background in marketing and design, her passion for networking and business, and her extensive knowledge of the city and the real estate market to serve her clients better.

Despina flipped a home (and made a profit) when she was only 16. She’s lived in condos and co-ops, apartments, and houses. In addition, she has spent years studying color theory, texture, and light. She’s a sought-after thought leader in the design industry and is also a multiple award winner—most notably for the IABC International Gold Quill Award of Excellence.

Despina understands that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A design that one person loves for its simplicity and minimalism, another may think is cold and uninviting. That’s why Despina makes it a priority to understand what ‘home sweet home’ means to you, by asking the right questions and actively listening to what you have to say.

From understanding what constitutes your dream home to view a shortlist of possibilities together, to finally finding ‘the one,’ the process continues to inspire and excite her.

As the co-founder of Lean In Canada, Despina grew the network to 6,000 members in only 5 years and has worked with a multitude of amazing women as a result. In addition, she is a strong advocate for the empowerment of women, whether through career progression or homeownership.
