I was a successful condo investor long before it was “popular” in the King West community. I remember hearing “you should be a realtor!” by my friends and family. I never had the desire to “sell” since it felt like a slimy thing at the time. I never wanted to wear a suit each day and convince people to “just buy real estate”. So I didn’t. And for ten years I kept investing, and that’s all I would do. They lack the knowledge and experience in investing in the Toronto condo market.
They didn’t want to try. They heard horror stories. All the while seeing myself and others become successful investors. They didn’t trust themselves, and didn’t want to be “sold” I remember feeling overwhelmed when I started investing. I remember signing the papers and feeling that I “missed the boat” starting out in 2006.
This is why I provide my guidance. I don’t want you to stumble in the dark the way I did. It took me almost 5 years from the “idea” of investing to actually doing it. I want to give you the basics now, so you can get moving. Once you’re moving, then we can find the advanced strategies to keep growing. We all need a helping hand to move forward, and a steading hand when things get rocky. I got into this business to help people grow their wealth. Not find their dream home. I’m not here to discuss school districts and find you a place with a “grand sense of arrival”. I’m here to help you take the resources you have and grow them into a new life. One full of abundance.
