About Jennifer Bartelt

Hi, I’m Jenn.

I grew up in a small community in Grey and Bruce County, where life was about connection, knowing your neighbours, and supporting local businesses. After more than 10 years in Toronto, and years of balancing life between the city and Muskoka, I’ve come to love both sides—city energy and country calm. That’s what led me, my partner, and our two dogs to a home just outside of Creemore, where we get the best of both worlds. For me, real estate has never been about transactions. I love building real connections and working with people who are like-minded—driven, hardworking, but also living for experiences, balance, and designing a lifestyle that feels true to them. If that turns into working together, amazing. If not, I’m still grateful for the connection. The things that matter most to me are relationships, wellness, travel, good food, and quality time with the people (and pups) I love. Being a REALTOR® gives me the chance to create the life I want while helping others create theirs—and that’s why I do what I do.
