About Laurence Himel

Laurence provides real estate brokerage services to a select group of buyers and sellers of luxury homes in Collingwood and the Blue Mountains. His approach is professional and consultative, supported by decades of experience and a strong understanding of the local and regional market.

With a background advising corporate clients across Canada in commercial real estate, Laurence brings a thoughtful, strategic perspective to each transaction. In addition to traditional marketing tools and databases, his network and experience help identify opportunities that are not always publicly available.

Laurence is a full-time resident of the Blue Mountains and enjoys skiing, golf, and cycling in the area with his family. He is also a dedicated motorsport enthusiast, serving as a Board Member of the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame and has earned an ASN Canada FIA National Professional racing license.

Laurence holds a degree in Economics from Western University.
