Lih was born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo and brings a deep-rooted connection to the community she proudly serves. She earned her B.A. from the University of Waterloo, double majoring in Legal Studies and History, before going on to earn her M.A. under Whitney Lackenabauer. Her Master's thesis examined the impact of D.E.W. Line construction on Inuit healthcare, vocational training, and early childhood socialization. Lih went on to obtain her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and spent seven years practicing as an immigration and refugee lawyer, advocating for her clients before the IRB, IRCC, and the Federal Court of Canada.
After becoming a mother, Lih made the intentional decision to shift her career so she could be more present for her son and her family. Today, she channels her legal expertise into real estate—leveraging her strengths in research, analysis, negotiation, and client advocacy to guide her clients with care and confidence. Known for her warm, personable approach, Lih values honesty, transparency, and building meaningful relationships, always taking the time to truly understand her clients’ goals and aspirations.
For Lih, the move from law to real estate wasn’t a departure—it was a natural evolution, allowing her to continue advocating for people in one of life’s most important transitions, while showing up fully for the life she’s built at home.
