About Lucy Xu

Having graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in Actuarial sciences and Economics, Lucy worked as an actuary at a top consulting firm for a few years before deciding to make her switch into real estate. Her previous career has equipped her with the tools of diligence, specialized math knowledge and excellent business sense to secure her clients the best deals.

Lucy was born and raised in Montreal, and prior to moving here for University, she took pride in being a ballet instructor to students ranging from the age of 5 to 16. Truthfully, her students taught her just as much as she taught them. They showed her the joy of motivating others, being able to relate to various personalities, and watching her students grow.Her genuine nature and eagerness to learn, combined with her technical background, makes her an enthusiastic agent that is dedicated to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
