At a very young age, Martin became allergic to B.S., therefore I won’t be writing my own bio in the third person. As an agent with over a decade’s worth of experience in Toronto’s red hot real estate market, my clients will all tell you the same three things about me: I’m very tall (6’4”), I’m very social, and I’m very straight-up about getting the job done for you.
Let’s face it—real estate transactions can be daunting for even the most seasoned buyer or seller. My tenure as a record-breaking salesperson has put me through every sales scenario imaginable, making me an invaluable resource when it comes to getting your property sold quickly, or getting you into the unit you have your heart set on.
They say the hardest steel is forged in the hottest fire, and I believe the same principle holds true for real estate agents. To date, I have negotiated deals, both individually and as part of teams that combine for a total of $400M in real estate sales. My highlights include selling units for record-breaking prices at coveted addresses such as 20 Stewart and the Thompson Hotel. I have personally outsold entire developer sales teams, negotiated successfully many a time through multiple offer situations, and I’m especially proud to say I was able to successfully sell a long list of challenging properties over the years (both luxury and entry-level) that were otherwise considered un-sellable.
I love selling and have been a natural salesperson all my life. Put me on your team and I’ll help you get your real estate goals met with integrity, as stress-free as possible, and with a positive new perspective on how things can get done (my height notwithstanding).
Sincerely,
Martin
