Nicholas Markov is a distinguished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Economics from York University and has successfully completed Levels I and II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Over the past decade, Nicholas has worked in finance and investments for prominent Canadian real estate developers. In these roles, he has been responsible for land acquisitions, financial analysis, equity raising, and investor relations for multiple development projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Nicholas also teaches the Real Estate Finance and Investment course at the Schulich School of Business at York University for the Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure (MREI) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs.
