About Robert LeLiever

As a young adult, Rob was first exposed to Real Estate the hard way, doing landscaping and delivering flyers door to door for his Realtor Aunt who covered a large, affluent area of Toronto.While studying Business he got his hands dirty working weekends and summers in construction for a custom home builder. After finishing his studies, he lived in Calgary for a time working for a Commercial Real Estate company getting experience in Corporate and Commercial management.Later, while working for The Mortgage Insurance Company of Canada (MICC) he learning how developers insure their financing. Just before the explosion of the Internet, Rob worked in Information Technology for companies like Molson, Imperial Oil, Citibank and Kraft Foods, gaining insight into the world of technology.A friend asked him to help out in his Real Estate business and that lit the spark that would develop into a 20 year career in Real Estate primarily in new construction working on properties like The Four Seasons Private Residences, Living Shanghai-La, Museum House and a finally, with Daniels on a 10 yr project redeveloping the Regent Park neighbourhood of Toronto.This new chapter of his career is something a little different, but with this world of experience, he has all the tools for success!
