From first-time purchasers to the savviest of investors he has the skillset, experience and knowledge to get clients exactly what they’re looking for.
Ted spent the first few years of his career selling commercial real estate at J.J Barnicke Limited, which helped build a strong foundation and dynamic approach to servicing the residential sector. For the last 14 years, Ted’s business has thrived on selling downtown Toronto properties and moving clients to the peripheral housing markets surrounding the city core (and vice versa). His geographical area of practice extends out from the diverse downtown condo world to a large radius including:
