Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Trevor Kennedy has witnessed firsthand the incredible growth and development of the region he proudly calls home. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Trevor’s background sets him apart in the world of real estate. A graduate of the Ontario Carpentry Apprenticeship Program at Conestoga College, he offers clients a unique perspective when evaluating homes. His expertise allows him to identify quality craftsmanship, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement—knowledge that proves invaluable for both buyers and sellers.

Trevor’s passion for real estate began in a personal way—when purchasing his first home, he met his wife, who was just beginning her own career as a sales agent. She closed her first deal with him, and over the past 20 years Trevor has both supported and learned from her journey as a successful broker. Inspired by her experience and his own growing interest, Trevor has joined the profession himself, combining his technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
