This year alone we partnered with a real estate-focused digital marketing start-up based out of Toronto called Studio HQ to design and implement a software platform exclusively for PSR agents. Our team can create customized Digital and print marketing material from professionally designed templates for listing packages, feature sheets, listing presentations, and team books, with the option to include amazing digital interactivity such as video, panoramic views, floor plans, animation, and walk-throughs. We are thrilled to have debuted our brand new continuing education program at the beginning of 2016: PSR University (PSRU). PSRU was developed to provide a structured program for rookie + established representatives alike to grow their knowledge + hone their craft without ever leaving the brokerage.
With a fully comprehensive industry-specific curriculum, PSR is invested in ensuring our agents have the resources and training to grow not only their business but also their real estate industry knowledge.

Whether it be touring the sites of 2 of our new development projects up in Muskoka at our annual PSR Fall Workshop, putting your best-dressed foot forward to win our costume contest at our Halloween Bash, quarterly social events/activities, snacking on apps while attending a VIP broker preview event/project launch for awe-inspiring new developments, or celebrating the holiday season and year of exceptional accomplishment at our PSR Holiday + Awards Celebration, PSR certainly has a lot going on.
Finally, in an effort to give back to a community that has given us so much, we regularly participate in charity initiatives. Every December, we host a charity toy + food drive and throughout the year, our team regularly shows their support and dedication to community outreach by participating in multicultural events across the city. Sponsoring charitable fundraising galas, golf tournament runs, and donating all proceeds from our PSR ball caps to Camp Oochegeas, are just a few examples of ways we strive to give back.
